“A New Beginning”

Our Mission:

The Dogwood Charitable Foundation, is a nonprofit organization bringing communities together, across America, to lend a helping hand to our neighbors in need of assistance and providing emergency relief and support to victims of disaster.

The dogwood tree is the symbol of the

Dogwood Charitable Foundation.

 

Each spring the dogwood blossoms symbolize a new beginning as a cycle of growth and renewal begins.  The Dogwood Charitable Foundation adopted the dogwood tree to remind us that new beginnings are always possible.  When we volunteer at a disaster area, we try to help the people there, make a new beginning in the lives. 

We want to “lead by example” in this beginning and “make a difference” in their ability to make that recovery.  We are motivated by the love of God and the need of the people in a disaster situation, to begin the steps, to rebuild their lives. 

We also want to be able to help our local community with community improvement projects that create a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

· We accept volunteers to help with our projects

· Our main goal is to bring relief to victims of disaster

· Our secondary goal is to serve the local community by helping with community improvement projects.

· We are a 501C3 non profit organization
